VISTE's first short term joint staff training event takes place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania and it is hosted by Liceul Special pentru Deficienţi de Vedere (http://www.ldv.ro). Teachers from Special Elementary School for the Blind in Athens participate.
The 3rd edition of the colloquium was held yesterday in the afternoon, before the opening of the World Scratch 2017 Conference in Bordeaux from July 18 to 21. Dr. Anke Brock and Jeremy Albouys-Perrois have presented VISTE project and demoed the prototype of VISTE augmented reality tool.
Christos Charcharos, PhD candidate at National Technical University of Athens, presented VISTE at 16th International Mobility Conference, held in Dublin, on 27 June 2017.

Dr. Anke Brock of Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et en Automatique (INRIA) Bordeaux - Sud-Ouest was invited by Luca Brayda, team leader in the Robotics, Brain and Cognitive Sciences department of the Italian Institute of Technology to present VISTE Project.

VISTE user needs analysis workshops were realized in Athens, Greece and Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The aim of the workshops was to provide input for the VISTE inclusive educational framework for spatial thinking of students with visual impairment.
